Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item:

    • Arrived damaged or defective

    • Is significantly different from the product description

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number and product photo) is required.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind or wrong item ordered by the customer

    • Items without original packaging

    • Personalized or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a description of the issue.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not return items to the address on the package; this is not our return facility.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement item instead of a return, especially when dealing with suppliers' return policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. First check your bank or payment account again.

    2. Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in process or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
