Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item:

Arrived damaged or defective

Is significantly different from the product description

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number and product photo) is required.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or wrong item ordered by the customer

Items without original packaging

Personalized or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a description of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not return items to the address on the package; this is not our return facility.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement item instead of a return, especially when dealing with suppliers' return policies.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank or payment account again.

Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in process or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
